3. Make Sustainable Lifestyle Changes

The Collins Dictionary chose ‘single-use’ as their word of the year for 2018. It refers to the growing conversation on how we consume single-use plastics, in part attributed to eye-opening documentaries such as David Attenborough’s Blue Planet II. Shocking facts emerged, highlighting the scale of the plastic problem. For example, 90.5% of all plastic produced has never been recycled, meaning it’s never been more important to ditch old habits in favour of sustainable swaps.
