1. Make Time for Self-Care
Self-care can come in many forms, from bubble baths to exercising and decluttering. Whatever form you choose, self-care allows you to de-stress and look after your emotional well-being. So remember, self-care isn’t selfish!

There are so many digital distractions vying for our attention and taking our focus away from ourselves and our loved ones. Tune out the noise and make time for being analogue in 2019. After all, they say you have to disconnect to reconnect!

3. Make Sustainable Lifestyle Changes
The Collins Dictionary chose ‘single-use’ as their word of the year for 2018. It refers to the growing conversation on how we consume single-use plastics, in part attributed to eye-opening documentaries such as David Attenborough’s Blue Planet II. Shocking facts emerged, highlighting the scale of the plastic problem. For example, 90.5% of all plastic produced has never been recycled, meaning it’s never been more important to ditch old habits in favour of sustainable swaps.
